In Loving Memory of Mercy (Bobby) Thambirajah

With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Mercy (Bobby) Thambirajah, who was born in Karampon and resided in Markham, Canada. She departed peacefully on December 24, 2024.

​

Mercy was the beloved wife of the late Hector Thambirajah,

 

a devoted mother to Pamela, Angelo, and Christy,

 

and a cherished sister of the late Andrew Patrick.

​

She was a dear mother-in-law to Thirukumaran and Roshini,

 

a loving grandmother to Brinda-Ramanan, Nesha, and Nathen,

 

and an affectionate great-grandmother to Xander Ramanan.

​

Mercy’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering love touched everyone around her, and she will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.

​

In accordance with the family’s wishes, visitation and viewing will not be held.

 

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Requiem Mass on Saturday, December 28th, 2024, at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church,

located at 14 Highgate Drive, Markham, ON, L3R 3R6.
